Staying in Touch đź‘‹

Hello Friends,
Welcome to another weekly update! 🌟 It’s been an interesting couple of weeks, full of learning, new experiences, and a lot of reflecting on how the little things often end up making the biggest impact. I’ve been pushing myself forward—whether it’s exploring new research ideas, learning from the people around me, or just trying to become a better version of myself. 🚀 It’s a process, and every step feels like a step closer to something bigger.
It’s funny how focusing on the bigger picture sometimes leads you to realize how important the small details are. 🎨 I’ve been thinking a lot about integrity and how perfecting even the tiniest of details can change the outcome in unexpected ways. Working at both Saathealth & Brainchain has shown me this time and again. It’s in the small changes, the incremental improvements, and the willingness to learn from everyone around you.
Meeting new people, learning from their experiences, and sharing my own—it’s what keeps me moving forward. 🤝
The past couple of weeks were a bit different. I attended my sister’s wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing. 💖 It was a weekend wedding during Valentine’s week, and spending time with my cousins was the highlight. It made me realise how different our backgrounds are but also how similar our journeys can be.
Each one of them is pushing themselves forward in their own way, and it was inspiring to hear their stories and perspectives. 🎙️ It reminded me that learning isn’t just about books or research papers—it’s about people, experiences, and the stories they carry.
One of my cousins recently completed an internship in Australia 🇦🇺, and hearing about her journey of being the only girl among nine boys and how she managed to secure the internship was inspiring. Her story was a powerful reminder that grit and determination can take you places, no matter the odds.

Another great conversation was with a cousin who recently worked on a project in Japan 🇯🇵. We talked about everything from AI not taking over the industry (yet!) to why local LLMs (Large Language Models) are becoming increasingly relevant. 🤖
We ended up discussing the Jetson Orion Super Nano, which is the cheapest supercomputer out there, and how it’s capable of processing the DeepSeek 7B parameter model at around 25 to 30 tokens per second. It’s mind-blowing how far technology has come and how accessible it’s becoming for independent research.
We even talked about RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and its applications in smaller contexts, which I found fascinating. It reminded me of my work with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and Knowledge Representation—topics I explored in my Advanced Knowledge Representation paper.
If you’re curious about how AI is transforming knowledge representation, check out my recent research on Advanced Knowledge Representation using Graph Neural Networks.
Listening to their experiences and the challenges they faced was a reminder of how much there is to learn from just having a conversation. 🗣️ It’s easy to get lost in routines and focus only on tasks at hand, but stepping back and hearing someone’s story gives a perspective that no book or research paper can.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or follow my journey on Twitter.
Catch you next time! 🚀
